The Simpsons Wrestling is a fighting video game based on the animated television series The Simpsons.Developed by Big Ape Productions and published by Activision (Electronic Arts in Europe) for the PlayStation, it was first released in Europe in March 2001, followed by North America a month later. The Simpsons Wrestling is an all-out, humorous 3-D wrestling/fighting game featuring the characters and locations of the popular TV satire The Simpsons. Players take on the identity of their favorite Simpsons characters as they battle their way to the ultimate title-Champion of Springfield. There is a full but unused arena based on Springfield Elementary School. It can be seen by swapping the text krusty.s3d with school.s3d in the BIG.BIN file, which will cause the game to load the school level instead of the Krustylu Studios level.
There is also an arena with a picture of the developers and mascot of Big Ape Productions as Simpsons characters. It can be loaded with the same method as the aforementioned level but with the text bigape.s3d.
